BMPH series motors are a compact and lightweight Gerotor type motor, Gerotor motors have a solid outer ring and are best suited to applications where systems have either:
- Motor running above 100 RPM with viscosity above 100 SUS, or
- Meet the following calculation (20 x system psi)/RPM = suitable SUS, i.e., (20x1450psi)/400RPM = 72.5 SUS
Systems requiring speeds below 100RPM or low oil viscosity should use a Geroler motor.
Zhenjiang motors have been widely used across a huge range of applications, with consistently positive results, high efficiency, and low failure rates, ensuring their continued position in the top 5 motor manufacturers in the world.

Applications for these motors include: conveyors, waste disposal equipment, sweepers, turf care equipment, machine tools, agricultural implements, augers, seeders, harvesters, car wash, timber processing, CNC machinery, process equipment and much more.
These motors have a huge range of uses, their compact body and lightweight construction produce high torque at continuous speeds of up to 1500RPM whilst remaining 100% reversible.
These motors are only sold with all heavy-duty options fitted as standard, you will find many versions of these motors available cheaper online, generally, they have light duty bearings and seals fitted.
The hydraulic motors are produced by Zhenjiang Hydraulics, a company with a more than 40-year history of producing high-quality hydraulic motors and associated products, they are the largest motor producer in China and the 5th largest in the world, their products are sold in Australia under several different brand names, including HN and Rentek.
If you are replacing an existing motor, part numbers, photos, etc., will be very helpful in identifying the correct replacement motor.
If you are unsure of which motor to select, or you have an existing motor you wish to cross reference, please contact us for assistance.
