EV10 - SAE8-3 Solenoid Cartridge Valves

Electrical solenoid-operated direct-acting directional valve, 3 way / 2 position.

The EV10 is a direct-acting directional electric valve. An electrical impulse switches the position of a spool in order to change the direction of the fluid flow.

The EV10 valves are 3 way, 2 position valves. In typical installations, flow from the pump (to be connected to valve port 2) is conveyed towards the valve discharge (to be connected to valve port 1) until an electric impulse switches the position of the slider inside the valve, diverting the oil supply to its alternate function (connect to port 3). An emergency manual override is available for manual switching of the valve in the event of an interruption of the electrical signal.

The maximum working pressure for EV10 electric valves is 210 bar (3045 PSI), while its use is recommended with flow rates up to 12 litres per minute (3.2 US gallons per minute). The EV10 are SAE8 size cartridge valves and can be installed in a cavity made according to the SAE08-3 standard with 3/4-16 UNF thread. Manifolds are available for the in-line installation of the cartridges. For the electrical actuation of the EV10 valves, 12V, 24V and 220V coils are available.
